We provide a routine maintenance programme which involves one of our employees carrying out a monthly inspection of all fittings including electrics, plumbing and doors.
Any routine problems such as bulbs, washers, missing screws etc will be repaired onsite but larger jobs will be quoted for before any work commences.
Prices for fixed price maintenance contracts vary depending on property size.
We also offer an emergency call out service which guarantees that we will attend within 2 hours of the call.
